Katherine Heigl has posed semi-naked in a saucy new advertising campaign for pets.

The dog lover covers her breasts with a puppy in the public service announcement for website IHateBalls.com.

The ad urges pet owners to spay and neuter their furry friends, The Daily Express reported.

Heigl wears nothing but panties along with high-heeled shoes and a grin in the provocative video, joking, “Unfortunately I can’t cut the nuts off human men – yet. So I’ve dedicated my time to the neutering of dogs because that’s legal.”

Katherine Heigl has officially gone into business with her mother, each investing close to a MILLION bucks so they can be co-owners of a bunch of luxury condo units in L.A.. … TMZ has learned.

According to documents filed with the L.A. County Recorder’s Officer, Heigl and Mama Heigl have each shelled out $850k towards an investment group which bought 8 condo units in Sherman Oaks, Ca.

The units ain’t too shabby — with hardwood flooring, granite counters, balconies and fireplaces.

Plus, the condo building is right down the street from an In ‘n Out Burger!! Location! Location! Location!

Angelina Jolie and Sarah Jessica Parker are the highest paid actresses in Hollywood, according to Forbes‘ annual list. Both women brought in a whopping $30 million between May 2010 and May 2011.

Coming in a close tie for third place are Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who both brought in an estimated $28 million in the previous year.

Julia Roberts — whose most recent film, Larry Crowne, flopped in its opening weekend — tied with Kristen Stewart as Hollywood’s fifth highest-earning woman. Both ladies raked in $20 million between May 2010 and May 2011.

What other femmes are cashing in? Katherine Heigl, Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep are all among Hollywood’s highest earning females.
